After you confirm your order, we will send an email to your provided email address. You can track your order with the link we send via email.
The shipping and delivery times depend on the shipping company. Therefore, it can take 2-3 business days for the order to ship and reach your doorsteps within 7 business days.
We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order. However, you can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped at the time of the cancelation request. Once an order has been shipped, we won’t be able to process the cancelation.

Browne Ameir requires swimwear to be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, with all original tags and hygiene liners still intact. This is because swimwear is considered a personal item, and for hygienic reasons, it is important that the item is returned in a new and unused condition. If the hygiene liner has been removed or tags have been detached, the item may not be eligible for return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
